I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. Instead of just recommending surgery right away I was presented with many treatment options here. I knew if I had to get surgery, it would be their last resort.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
