They answered most of my questions but only when I insisted on an answer. Their staff was not that friendly, the practice is too busy. I waited in a second room during my appointment. I feel like my appointment was pointless. Doctor reluctantly ordered a steroid shot. Bruise lasting almost 2 months. I felt worse when I left, still had enormous pain. Oral surgeon disagreed with diagnosis from this ENT. Hearing test caused great deal of pain and they were clueless aboout the existence of my pain. The office was easy enough to find.
