They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Dr. Cleveland isn't just a good doctor, he's kind and has compassion, good bedside manners too. Nine months ago I was admitted through the ER with a stone lodged where the ureter and bladder meet. (UVJ). He knew a little bit about my situation and he never charged me for the surgery or the after care follow up visit! There isn't too many Doctors out there who would do that! He took good care of me.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. All my questions were answered. The office was easy enough to find.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Dr. Cleaveland TO ANYONE! His offices and equipment are old and the waiting rooms are just plain dirty. He does not explain anything to you without you asking him first. In my case this led to him giving me an injection that turned out to cost almost $3,000 (three thousand dollars). After this I went to a professional urologist who was amazed that he had given me the injection since it would actually make treating my problem much more difficult. STAY AWAY!!!!
