This has been this best process for weight loss surgery. Everyone has been so kind, patient, professional and knowledge. From day 1 I knew this was he right place to come for this new journey for me. This should be anyone's go to center for any weight loss surgery. You will not be diappointed.

THE ONLY CONCERN I HAVE IS THE ANSWERING THE PHONE. IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO GET SOMEONE ON THE PHONE. OVERALL THE STAFF IS HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY.

Disappointed that my case was not handled in the way we discussed on my last visit. I have been waiting for insurance authorization for 3 weeks. I found out after calling the insurance myself, that the person that handles the insurance was no longer working there and that no work had been done with my case. Rushing to get me scheduled caused me to not be approved for another procedure that would have done at the same time as the others.

Good morning today I am satisfied with my surgery and the Lbs I lost I want to thank Ms Charlene Daniel, Elaine for being hear through my dimes of depression when I would get so frustrated Lol I thank Dr Duncan for my successful surgery that he preformed on me to make it possible for me to get on the right track to being healthy. And I thank Rebecca for all the encouragement that she has shown me while on this journey. And all other staff members hear for they are a team hear and I recommend Dr Duncan to everybody that has thought about having the surgery. I have also encouraged a few others I met hear at the office to go through it they will be in good hands hear with all staff members. I could non be any more satisfied than I am this very moment. I had to get my insurance company on the line because front desk insisted that I had a co pay for specialist when I knew I didn't. The insurance representative had to confirm it with her.
