I have been taking my children here for years. We moved away 2 years ago and now live an hour and a half away and I take a day off from work just to drive and take my children to their appointments here. These doctors are awesome!! I am more than pleased with their service and the quality of care that they give my children. The office staff has never been rude and I definitely appreciate that. I can usually get in within a week with no problems. I will not be taking my children anywhere else.

First off these reviews are bogus!

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

The nurses are incompetent. Most speak unprofessionally and don't know what they're talking about. They almost never answer the phone when I call the hotline. But they do usually return my messages. (Sometimes not until the next day)

office decor is cold, unfriendly. hard plastic furniture. looks run down in the back offices

I was sent an almost 700 bill that i had been paying on for two months. then i recieved an update and they raised the bill $100 more dollars! when i went in to ask why (because no one answered my phone cals) It magically went down to $100. I sent off a $50 money order that day and at my son's next doctors appointment they tried to say I have to pay 20% of my bill or else my son won't be seen. What crooks!

One of the doctors was EXTREMELY rude and condescending towards me. I will never go back or take my son back. Think twice before you bring your kids here, especially if they are babies.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.
My whole experience at this office was above average starting with their very comfortable waiting room chairs to how patient and kind they were to my child. They were just fantastic.

They had some, but nothing my kids were interested in

Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away
