Definitely! They are happy to answer every first-time mother's question, no matter how basic

They did not have a separate area for sick and well but that was minor to me. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. Not only were they able to answer all of my questions about immunizations, they gave me a lot of information that I wasn't aware of. I was amazed how much they knew. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. After I told them that I'd like to seek a second opinion, not only did they not get upset, they encouraged it. It made me trust them and their motives all the more.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I couldn't believe how encouraging and supportive they were. They never ridiculed or dismissed my opinions on parenting issues, and were always so considerate. This pediatrician fully respected the choices that we made in regards to how we raise our children. He worked very well with our son who has autism and adhd and was having a major melt down in the office. He took the time to address all of our questions and made sure that we were fully satisfied with the office visit. Very good doctor.
