They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while. and the waiting room wait was about two hours. Others in the waiting room expressed they had been waiting for just as long. The staff was nice and the doctor was knowledgeable. I was disappointed a few days later, because I had to call the doctors office back after I learned from my insurance company that I needed a per-authorization for a medicine that was prescribed. I feel the doctor should have known this. When I called back Zack the receptionist cut me off and told me to have a nice day. I felt rushed. I think I'll give them another shot before I decide not to return.
