Never go to this place, it's awful. First of all the person at the front desk always has the window completely closed and they don't allow your parents to enter. These were all acceptable since i'm more concerned about my cavity. The doctor stretched my lips wide open in a blink without even telling me and put anesthesia on my lips without telling me. My lips were dry. Any person knows anesthesia is not what you would use on stretched dry lips, you would use lip stick. Then he went over all my teeth and had his nurse mark down at least 6 of them to fix, which i know was impossible cause 2 dentists i went to in the past few month found no more than 1 to be fixed. When he took out a hook i asked if he was gonna poke my teeth cause the cavity is exposed and even the gentlest touch would keep it hurting all night. He became aggressive all of a sudden, said he does this to everyone comes in here. I said everyone in here has concerns and was about to explain to him about my cavity, he didn't even let me finish my sentence and said if i don't like it i can go to another dentist, and he just left. Then i realized i was kicked out of the clinic.
A women i met at the office told me her son used to have cavities every other day. Every time they went there there was a cavity and by now most of her son's teeth have been filled.
To sum it up, this doctor does things and apply drugs on you without telling you, and tell you there're cavities when it's not true. The 1 star is for his nurse who's very gentle, polite and considerate.
