Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I was impressed by how knowledgeable they were about immunizations. They answered every question I had.
My whole experience at this office was above average starting with their very comfortable waiting room chairs to how patient and kind they were to my child. They were just fantastic.
Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.

Definitely! They are happy to answer every first-time mother's question, no matter how basic

Never, they are very reliable.

Absolutely. They have plenty of nurse practioners and doctors as back-up support

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy.

They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.
