I took my 2 year old son to get his shots... I was literally in the office 15 minutes early, and waited for over an hour and a half in the waiting room. Then we go back to one of the rooms and I sat in there for an hour on top of that; we literally were in there for 3 hours total, and let me tell you I was angry. Not only was I angry simply for the time consumption, but I also had my infant daughter as well, So imagine trying to entertain and keep a 2 year old and a few month old happy.... They didn't ask if I wanted to reschedule, didn't say "well it is going to be a long wait," NOTHING... just kept saying "sorry we became a little backed up, we will be with you shortly...."

I am already looking for a new office. The doctor is great, but the service IS HORRIBLE...
