They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else. I was mildly frustrated that very few of my questions got answered. I really needed to know a lot more than what I got out of that appointment. They quoted a price that my insurance was supposed to cover and never billed me until I came in for an appointment and stated there was an outstanding balance for an astronomical amount. The office manager stated that she had to pay her staff and I guess bait and switching is how they are paid. I felt threatened to leave the office unless I paid or gave her my bank account information. This happened 2 times as she told my son that he was not allowed to leave the office unless payment was made when I was on my way to pay them. I would have never had work done there but they assured me that my insurance would cover their work. Tes, I was given an estimate after they contacted my insurance of the work that would be done. Nowhere did it say that I would be paying over 500 my next visit or I would not be allowed to leave there office. I have never had this type of experience in any dental office in my life. It's unreal.

I was completely shocked at the amount of foul language they used. It was very inconsiderate and impolite. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. The staff didn't care. My complaints were totally ingnored. I was completely Unsatisfied with my visit and I will NEVER go back. Please stay away.

No, they are almost always unavailable
Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs?
Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help
Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced?
No, they weren't very knowledgeable
Was this provider's office too loud?
Way too loud! I could barely hear what anyone was saying over the noise
