They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.
