Not at all! They give my child exactly what he/she needs

Absolutely! They gave me plenty of information about child safety and nutrition
Did the pediatrician ever make you feel uncomfortable or stupid for asking for additional details?
Not at all. They were happy to give me as much information as I wanted

They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often.

Yes, they have a nurse practitioner or doctor on staff when the pediatrician is unavailable
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited?

They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.
