I didn't have to spend a lot of time in the waiting room at all. I only spent a couple of minutes in there. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I've heard of a few psychiatrists that took personal phone calls during appointments, and I always thought that was so rude. Thankfully, they've never done that here. Their full attention is always completely on me. I am Completly SATISFIED With Dr. Winston, actually I am on my 9th Year in seeing him

The practice is WAY overbooked, but the staff is pleasant. I arrived at 1:15 PM to fill out paperwork. My appointment was at 1:30 PM, but the doctor didn't come into the room until 2:30 PM. I could hear him going into other rooms to speak with other clients. I received 15 to 20 minutes of his attention for a first appointment. He did not make a good first impression.

He seemed to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. He also only provides service for med checks, no counseling.

It was obvious that they had a good relationship with their staff members.

Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend them to my friends or family. I felt very ignored during my appointment. They didn't give me their full attention.

Their prices were very affordable, and they told me before my appointment how much I could expect to pay. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.
