I have been to Dr. Covall for both bursitis and for an arthritic knee. He is an exceptional orthopedic physician. He has a new office which is located at 3400 Old Milton PWY, Alpharetta, GA 30005. Their new phone number is: 770-667-4337. His staff is also excellent, which includes Adreinne Elstad, PA and Kelly Welch, RN. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.
