Something very shady with this dentist. Several things went wrong during my procedure so I had to go to another dentist. The other dentist had a hard time obtaining my records and said the person they spoke to was VERY rude and unprofessional. They sent incomplete records so I had to go to their office myself and get them. After getting the run around and having to come back several times I finally got the complete records. My husband and I were shocked to see the clinical notes had been altered. If I had had the money, I would have obtained an attorney. By the time I went to my appointment with the new dentist, I had some kind of sores all inside my mouth. My new dentist said they looked like cold sores and were likely the result of the other dentist not cleaning their equipment properly. Worst dental experience I've ever had.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was easy enough to find. I will return. I had a great experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I left with a treatment needed list and they got me financing thru Wells Fargo. I started my work 3 days later. Soon I will be all fixed up and my teeth will be pretty again!

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited, it was decorated in a beautiful soothing Southwest theme that made me comfortable. I was able to relax very easily. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me, the assistant was attractive and kind to me and my son. The dentist was so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment! I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. The took care of my pain and I have been back 2 times and I finished my fillings. Now I can smile again. I recommend this place to everyone.
