This was my third pregnancy, but first one, with Dr. Laffery. The staff is great. Very easy to make and cancel appointments with no questions. The wait time varies a lot. I sat over an hour just to get back into the room at some appointments and then other times I was called back in 10-15 minutes. Dr. Lafferty did not take much time with me at any of my appointments. He seemed to always be in a hurry and not want to listen to any of my concerns. He was never aware of anything in my chart, it was like I was a new patient to him every time I went there. All nine months! I had a c-section done by him and he put me on Demerol even though it was in my chart that I had an allergy to it! I was VERY unhappy with my delivery experience and how I was treated by him through it all. I would not recommend him to anyone!

Yes, they had everything you could possibly need!
Did this provider have reasonable prices?
Absolutely!
Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office?
Extremely easy, and close to the entrance
Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit?
Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Dr. Lafferty and his staff were WONDERFUL until the last trimester of my normal pregnancy (no medical issues whatsoever). After verbally discussing with him my desire to have a natural birth (no pitocin, no epidural), him meeting my doula, and verbal agreeance, when I brought in my birth plan for him to sign and for it to be put into my medical records. He wouldn't sign it and told me to find another OB. Did I forget to mention I'm 37 WEEKS ALREADY?!?!? The birth plan merely put into writing what we had discussed at least 4 times before so needless to say I was shocked. He is not open to natural births, encourages, pitocin, which in turn almost always leads to an epidural pre-birth AND gives you pitocin after the birth of your baby in order to birth the placenta stating "it's normal practice around here." NOT TRUE! If you're willing to go along with his program - meaning pitocin and epidural - he's a great doctor. I have nothing but nice things to say about his staff though! They were great!!!

I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.
