Love the dentist. Love his dental associates. They all do good work. Love his office manager. But hated receptionist, Holly. Guess she has been gone 8 years. Had I known that I would have been right back to this DDS

The staff are so friendly and kind. They are also quite professional. Dr Bhanji is very patienint with his patients and we have known the secretary Carol and him for many years and they are a great team, we love Carol.

Spring Lake Dental is one of the best I've been to. I don't care for dental work, but, this place is so full of compassion I forgot I was in a dentist office. Their work is outstanding!! Highly recommend!!

Went to affordable dentures to have apainful tooth extracted but was told after taking xrays that I just needed acleaning. I called spring lake dental. They said to just bring in the xrays that were taken the day before and scheduled the appointment for today. Carol was rude to us right from the beginning. They insisted on doing another xray and then told My husband he needed acleaning. Same thing WE told THEM when making the appointment, which is what we thought we were there for. When my husband asked how much a cleaning will be she hateful said "give me your $65 first". We've NEVER been treated so badly!

My wife and I have been using this Dental office many years. No complaints. Carol has been very good setting up appointments an is a very capable office manager. Dr. Fatima is awesome also.

When moving to Winter Haven on a temporary assignment, I was in need of a Dentist. My Carrier provided a list of providers and I chose Spring Lake Dental. After my initial visit, I was given a plan for the work needed, they contacted the carrier for approval and provided me with my portion. The staff was very friendly, the doctor was very informative with every step she was performing, checking often to make sure I was OK. They are very professional, the office clean and used all updated equipment. I have already recommended several people from my office and would highly recommend Spring Lake Dental again.

I went her to get my dental implants and they treated me SUPER GOOD!!! The place was very nice and the temperature was feeling nice and the spot is in a good place. I really enjoyed my experience and hope that others do just like I did

Dr. Bhanji and his staff provided me quality care at very reasonable prices. My wait time was short and the office manager was very helpful with my insurance needs. I recommend Spring Lake highly.

I had a brand new baby and an exposed nerve and was in a lot of pain. The receptionist was rude, the tiny waiting room was full of people getting irritated by the wait in such a small space. When I got back I was alarmed to see all of the old equipment with absolutely no privacy because they have no actual rooms. She told me that I needed a root canal and wouldn't pull the tooth. I was begging her to just do an extraction because the root canal (that she wanted me to wait several days for) just wasn't in my budget even with decent insurance. I see why my dental insurance company said they were the cheapest around!! I left and called another dentist (recommended as a top notch facility) by my insurance. They got me in that day and extracted 2 teeth! My wisdom tooth was impacted behind the broken tooth and he recommended removing both to alleviate my pain. I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy!! Lesson learned! You can't go cheap and expect a decent place I guess. Never again!
