They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.
