I was a patient of Dr. Flynn for more than 30 years when I was working in DC. He still does the actual cleaning of your teeth, gives unbiased advice, does not do unnecessary procedures and gently chides you if you don't take care of your gums. He has a great sense of humor and bedside manner. I always looked forward to going for my bi-annual check-ups. Jo and Mina, his staff, are very warm and welcoming and extremely competent. On the few occasions when I had a dental emergency they were able to schedule me right in with Dr. Flynn. Not having him for my dentist has been one of my few regrets of moving out of the area.

No, but I was able to read a magazine

Yes, they called me a few days before my appointment
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Do this dentist have a good professional reputation among other dentists?
Yes, other dentists refer to him/her when they need advice
Does this provider treat their staff well?
Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
