Nice doc but cannot get a live person on phone...i have been "caller #1" for 20 mins. after waiting for callback since 9 am...it is now 4:40 just need antibiotic 4 cat bite called in. guess gotta go to urgent care center in order to get rx today. cat bites nasty. need rx tdy...not whenever u get to it.

They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
