Long wait times. What to sell you expensive medicine. even tried to set up a new pharmacy for me twice because Express Scripts (Aetna) would not approve the medication. Then told me to pay the new pharmacies out of pocket to get the "better" medication. Keeps setting up many appoints for multiple things instead of seeing me for all of them at once.

The time it takes to see Dr. Collier is unreal..........4 hour wait after you've made a 9am appoint is insane...you should consider taking off work. And the office needs a face-lift...and the staff could seem a bit welcoming...this has me thinking of another MD...why can't we just get thing in order?

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!
Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment?
No, they didn't even attempt to explain
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
