They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!
