This Thanksgiving I am thankful to Dr. Milazzo and his staff. I am visiting from out of town for the week and my son fell and chipped his tooth. My mother's next door neighbor who uses Dr. Milazzo, called him for me. He was able to see me on an emergency basis and reassured my young son and fixed his tooth. Thank you Dr. MIlazzo!

I have taken my two daughters to Dr. Milazzo for several years now, and I have found him to be very honest. Also, he is excellent at sealants. My Orthodontist asked if the sealants were done by Dr. Milazzo. And when I answered, "yes", she said, "I knew it. He does the best sealants in in town."
I don't use his in house orthodontist because he wasn't recommended as highly. But we have stuck with Milazzo and my two girls (10 and 13) have wonderful and healthy teeth!

Dr. Milazzo is a negligent dentist. My child had a cavity that needed to be filled, and instead of cleaning and preparing it, he simply filled the cavity unclean. Months later my child's tooth decayed and crumbled, requiring an extraction (this is an adult tooth by the way). Furthermore, Dr. Milazzo is rude and unprofessional, becoming defensive and blaming the patient for his own mistakes. Do not trust Dr. Milazzo with your child's oral care.
