The dental hygienist is great! However, without informing me, the dentist changed. I continued my 6 month cleanings for several years and never knew who or if the hygieniets' work was being reviewed or if anyone was overseeing my care plan. I had an URGENT appointment just before Covid hit, and I arrived at the office to find they had closed with no notice or arrangement for alternative care. The Office manager who was also great left the practice. I would never recommend this practice to any one.

I had been taking my daughter to ADG for a year. She was constantly pressured to get crowns that her PCP did not approve of with her allergies to metals. Dr. Smyle was going to do them anyway. Reason being the overlay composites he kept replacing weren't staying on. My daughter has full dental coverage but I ensed up paying hundreds several times. He was constantly doing repeat procedures that weren't covered. I had enough of the pressure put on us and lack of insurance knowledge of the staff. It was always about them " getting their money." I was forces to pay for expensive medications out of pocket because the staff hadn't processed the proper prior Authorization for a year! In the meantime my daughter's teeth were getting worse and worse. After going to another dentist for a second opinion, and my daughter's two front teeth falling apart right in the dentists chair because none of the composites were sealed allowing food particles underneath and cavities to grow, it was a no brainer to get my daughter as far away from associated dental as fast as I could. It has taken several montja to fix the mess done at SDG
I would give them a 0 if it was an option.

Had new dentures made here. They are not right and Dr Smyle couldn't make them right. Referred me to a specialist which I had to pay for out of pocket and they still don't fit right. I see a trip to Canada in my future because they know how to make dentures there and they cost less.

I came to this dentist office because I changed jobs and my new carrier. changed. I had to have crown put on and they took control of the insurance and what my co pay would be. The told me about $500, which I paid. yet they did not note the cap on my insurance and I end up owing another $420 for a $1,200 procedure. My other main problem is that when the dentist was setting my crown he altered pressure and set my crown in a cockeyed position. I wasn't able to close my mouth the tooth sat so high. I also had a very sharp edge from the base of the crown where it was supposed to be at my gum line. Dr. Smile ground the crown down so much it metalized my crown and now taste like I am sucking on a lead sinker. when I still could not close my mouth he then ground down my healthy tooth, which removes al my enamel and suspect I will have advanced problems with that tooth. Then he used a filler to fill the base of the crown down to my gum line. The finish of the grinding and the filling is very course and my tongue is always drawn to it just to taste that metal finish. When I didn't initially pay the final bill of the $420 they sent me to collections. I am now having to go to a different dentist to have it removed and pay for it all over again. Yet Dr. Smiley got all his money.
