They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. I wasn't given any sort of payment plan or fee information before they went ahead and scheduled my treatment. I had no idea how much I should expect to pay. They didn't give me any sort of financial information until long after my procedure was already finished. I was in utter agony the whole time they were cleaning my teeth. It was completely unbearable. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. They go out of their way to lie to you and rack up your bill and provide no assistance at all. They even cause more damage to your teeth that you went in with.

When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. Best dental hygienist I have ever had!!!

They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked.
