They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help.
