The staff is friendly and nice. Unfortunately that is not the reason to go to a physicians office. He is extremely rushed and would seems like he would rather be doing anything but his job. He practically yanked my 3 year old out of my arms, causing him to be frightened. When checking my son's ears my son told him that it hurt. His response was "No it doesn't." He absolutely did NOT listen to my son or me. I am extremely disappointed in him as a doctor and I am finding another physician for myself and my family.

It seemed like the doctor was trying to rush my appointment and was annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that the doctor wanted to be somewhere else. He never even said hello to my 4 year old daughter that was with me, just not a friendly man in my opinion. Their staff was somewhat friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. The staff was somewhat helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. It's a shame, I have been with this doctor for a number of years, and will now look for a new health care provider.
