I've been going there for about 5 years....and Dr. Stanly Warmflash is very professional, kind and patient. He always listens to all of my concerns. However, his receptionist is a very rude lady. Unfortunately, I am not the only one who feels this way. I have family and friends who also go to Dr. Warmflash and are treated the same way. After all these years she still hasn't changed at all. She even tried to charge me for a cleaning that was supposed to be free through my insurance. I hope to go back soon and not have to deal with this rude lady again, because I do feel very comfortable with Dr. Warmflash.

I've been going here since i was first old enough to go, probably before i'm able to remember (over 23 years). They're like family to me and they really know what they're doing. Dr. Ron is awesome, he's professional and very good at what he does. Dr. Stanley (his father) is careful and experienced. I only wish I could make time to use them while living in NC, they make time when i remember to schedule however, so they're still accomodating.

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.

My teeth cleanings have always been very comfortable, and I've never experienced any pain. They always go above and beyond to make sure I'm relaxed. All the equipment at this office is state-of-the-art. I feel very safe here because I know it's safe and current. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.
