They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. Not only are they recommended by other dentists, other dentists are always calling asking for advice. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.

They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. My procedure flew by because I had something to distract me the entire time. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.

Dr. Frank is an incredible dentist. I trust him wholeheartedly. I had two dental emergencies, and he saw me ASAP. He is honest, talented, and entertaining (those of you who know Dr. Frank know what I mean).
Most important, he listens to my concerns, and addresses each one.
His work is outstanding. I have been in dentists' chairs my whole life, and I am so happy and grateful to have discovered Dr. Frank.
