I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They knocked before entering the exam room, which I found to be very professional. I have been going to Dr. Reinoso for years,he is the best obgyn Doctor. A few year ago I was having pains on my left side, the pain were so bad that I ended up going to the ER close to my home, when I got there I was diagnosed as pregnant. The doctor that dealt with me at that hospital was very very very rude and nasty this was two days before mother's day. The doctor admited me but he did nothing for me, I cried because I knew what was happening, but on top of my situation this doctor was very nasty, he told me it was not in the CARDS for me to be pregnant,my husband and I felt helpless at the time, we both cried. My husband remembered for me that I had been seen by Dr. Reinoso, so we left the hospital we were at to check in where Dr. Reinoso could see me. When I got there maybe 15 minutes Dr.Reinoso called me and spoke to me, he was so nice to me through the whole conversation, this was maybe 3am when I called him. He came to me told me what he had to do and told me everything will be alright, he even apologize about the actions of Dr. Tortorello at Sandlake Commons. I was in a lot of pain physical and emotional. Dr. Reinoso will always be my Doctor, as for Dr. M. Tortorella, God Bless him.( THANK YOU, DR.REINOSO), from me and my husband. Thank you.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

If a c-section is what your wanting, then Dr. Reinoso is for you. His staff even admits that he probably does more than 65% of deliveries via c-section. I did not want one, and literally had to tell him no. He is a nice man, but you have to inform yourself and stand up to him for what you want.

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities.

doctor reinoso when he comes to your room he dont spend enough time to let you explain well why youre there, bad service. and when u go to pay for your visits on the counter they charge the wrong amounts, the don't offer u payment plans; very rude people working there. i will never go back again there.
