Christopher Chapel MD is an Awesome Doctor and staff are the best in town been seeing him for over 30 years now all my Family have very happy with there service!

Here I am attempting to reach the doctor's office to get a refill for a prescription my wife takes. The order sent in to Publix was done on Monday Jan 19th. Publix still has not received the OK. I called the doctor's phone number and no one answers after at least twelve rings. My wife and I are leaving town on Monday for 5 days probably without this very important medication. Today my mind has been made for both of us to change our PCP. This is not a new thing, obtaining refills have been a problem for several years.
