I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.
