I have been a patient for over 15 years and have gotten excellent care anytime I go whether it's for my six month checkup or a medical issue. Excellent staff and PAs are wonderful. Convenient location and wait times are usually minimal.

You will never find a better M.D. with the skill to understand the working of meds in your system, NEVER! You must know it is his way or the highway. Don`t bring your Google report and try to compete with his experience. It will be a waste for both. F.W.M

In all fairness I have never seen Dr Rosario
I have been seeing Sam Watson ACNP
He is personable, knowledgeable and Since he knows my woes I ask for him
So Sam gets 5 starts
Aida the front desk get 5 as well. She too is friendly and gets things done in a very busy office.
Where the office is deficient is, if you leave a message, rarely, and in my case never , do I get a call back. My medicationsl have been reordered but if I'm having a medical concern. Follow through with referrals go on the wayside. It took a month to get a mammogram and several days to get an x-ray on a broken foot. If not for Aida answering my questions and getting the message to Sam, I think I'd still be waiting.
All in all I AM happy with both Sam and Aida. As a nurse myself I understand how busy an office can get. Getting referrals can be time consuming BUT a call back beyond important
If more help is given to the MA maybe this follow through will improve

He is a great Dr. Answers all my questions was able to help me with my condition rather than to act like it wasn't happening. Was it sad news yes but it had to be delivered. I am thankful o him and his staff! I have been there for 7 years or so and saw him almost everytime. Yes at times you see other providers but the Dr is just a step away. I have great experiences there.

Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money.
