Staff was friendly, Dr was arrogant and told me my problem was in my brain, did not listen, had made up his mind before he entered the room. Because of my long line of troubles with this body of mine he thought I was a hypochondriac and sent me to other Drs.

I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

Upon arrival I was promptly checked in and saw the physician, however, he indicated my ear pain was nothing. He actually said "I hate to tell you this, but I don't think there is anything wrong with you." and then promptly provided an Rx for a "swimmer's ear" drop. I filled the prescription and tried for three days, all while the pain was increasing.

On the 4th day I could not take the pain anymore and went to a walk in clinic - my ear was so infected it took 2 rounds of antibiotics to get better. So much for "there is nothing wrong with you".

Oh, and they sent the bill into Blue Cross with a "routine" office visit charge, rather than a diagnosis of an ear infection - so it was not covered. I have to pay out of pocket for the 118.00 visit (he spent 5 min with me) and they DONT TAKE CREDIT or DEBIT cards....

I called the nurse to tell her I think they had filed incorrectly due to the follow up visit 4 days later with another physician and the massive infection, and she said they did not file incorrectly and would not re-file. Well, I will never recommend their shoddy services to anyone. He needs to retire and let someone with recent training take over his practice.
