BEWARE OF THIS OFFICE - I normally don't write reviews online but I am so disgusted that others need to hear the voice of the pissed off patients of this practice. Our family has been with LDA for 25+ years while Dr. Lorenz owned it. As soon as it switched hands, the tooth decay of LDA began. Once you walk in, you will quickly notice it's like walking into the trading floor of wall street. The unfriendly gals behind the counter feeding you a line and selling you shit you don't need for outrageous costs. As I sit waiting in the holding area of the trading floor, I am able to overhear the phone conversations with the patients who are apparently buying into this crap. They do use bait and switch tactics - they did it to me last year when I needed a crown. I wasn't able to pay the extra amount so I was sent home with a temporary until I could cough up the extra $1000 to have the permanent one put in. Went in today because the crown has turn a darker shade of blueish/black (front tooth). They mentioned there was nothing they could do except replace it at a cost of $1600. So be very vigilant of this place. It's not what it used to be. They will screw you in one ear and out the other. Unless you have deep pockets and don't care how you waste your money, this place may be perfect for you.
