My dental experiences I had with Emerald Dental were absolutely the worst I have ever had in my life. I have had nothing but a nightmare since I went to Emerald Dental 6 months. I am still in the process of having their work redone and I am out of pocket $4,000. They will not stand behind the work they do. The only thing good that can come from my experiences would be if I can stop other people from from making the same mistake I did, and don't ever go to this office to have ANY dental work done. They shoud not be in business!

I'm very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely. All the equipment at this office is state-of-the-art. I feel very safe here because I know it's safe and current. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.

. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. My wife and I both saw this dentist, and were unimpressed with the time it took to have a partial bridge fitted. My wife waited at least 20 minutes on two occasions during her visit. for a total of an hour and one half in total. I only saw the dentist once in a 9 month period. They only provided me with one exam during this period of time. I wanted to go on a schedule of teeth cleaning at 6 month intervals. This is something that my Insurance provides for. Instead they wanted me to come in every 3 months for maintenance. This is something they charge substantially more for, and does not seem any different than having my teeth cleaned by my previous provider of 30 years. I only switched dentists due to insurance coverage that my employer provides changed to a new carrier. I was not happy that they never provided me with a teeth cleaning during the time I was with this dentist, but insisted I go on this periodontal maintenance program. 72 dollars for teeth cleaning fully paid for by my insurance or 103 dollars for periodontal maintenance that costs me 55 dollars. I fully believe that I was being ripped off. I will be getting a second opinion about my need for periodontal maintenance. My previous dentist did not feel this was necessary, but then he gave me a complete exam every time my teeth were cleaned. I will likely go out of network to return to my previous dentist. I did not realize what a great dentist he was. Unfortunately he might be retiring soon, and I might need to find someone new.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

They have some of the cleanest dental equipment I have ever seen. They make an extra effort to make sure they only use the best for their patients. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.
