Dr. Zimmer is always very friendly, and extremely professional as well as gentle. He has been my dentist for years, and I've never had any complaints.
Nothing scary about this dentist!

Lost a crown. Scared stiff of dentists. New to area. Dr. Rick Zimmer was fantastic, as was staff. (Thanks, Kelly, for being so reassuring!)

Explained every step of the way, every instrument & procedure ("now I'm going to use pumice to remove the old cement," "now air to dry the tooth"), which took all the fear out of it. Dental asst was great, timely & adept at removing saliva & bits of cement, never felt uncomfortable during the procedure.

Completely painless; amazingly, even pleasant experience. Everyone very friendly. Staff brought me a magazine while we waited a few mins for x-ray.

THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH! Smiling big again :)

Have a lot of experience with dentists. Rick Zimmer is tops. Don't hesitate to see them if you need work. Oh, and did I mention reasonable price?? Yep. All-around great experience. Thanks!
