when getting a explainations from her, be sure to ask for more details.

I was told my account would be credited for the procedure that did not take, a year later I am being told ONLY if I do another procedure then I would receive any credit for the work that did not hold up in the first place. My other options were for her to destory 2 other teeth to install a tooth in between or pay a specialist to install a rod in my jaw to give her something to work with which would have cost me a lot more (about $800), and I was not too keen on destroying more teeth for her to fix another.
