Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They didn't seem too happy to be helping me. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they could have been nicer. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them.
