I wasn't too impressed with their office, I could tell they didn't take much pride in it's appearance. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. The staff was nice but not too forthcoming with information such as how late he was running. The first time I waited over and hour, I felt inconvenienced; the next time, I was incensed. I wish he had more consideration for our time.

They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.

First off, I had to wait a long time to be seen and the office was a deplorable, out-dated dump where hygine is questionable. When the guy sees me he has no idea what my problem was and prescrbed sleeping pills when my problem had nothing to do with my sleep! He stripped me naked and was eyeing me in a very malicious way that made me very uconfortable. In the end, my problem was not resolved and he had no experience or knowledge in my condition. I complete waste of my time and money. PLUS I was overcharged for my visit, they charged me more than what they quoted me. This SCUMBAG should be sued and his liscense revoked. He should've stayed where ever the hell backwards, third world country he came from.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods.
