They were mostly concerned with their bottom line, not their patients. Felt like a bunch of farm animals being herded through their office. They were WAY overbooked, kept moving me from room to room - very rude and unsettling. Took more than an hour to actually see the dentist, and that was for less than 5 minutes. Couldn't understand half of what he was even saying! When I declined to have thousands of dollars of dental work done, I got treated with an even worse attitude. If you're not lining their pockets, you are treated poorly and they are in a great hurry to get you out the door. I wasn't very happy with the sloppy half-assed cleaning I received. I got moved yet again, and handed off to someone who didn't seem to know what they were doing. She had no intention of spending any time doing the job thoroughly or correctly. They kept trying to get me to schedule more visits to complete one routine task. I don't appreciate that at all. I have to take time off of work to go to appts. and then they waste my time jerking me around. I scheduled THIS day and time to do THIS task. The truth is that you are a just a commodity to them - a way to make money. They don't care about YOU. It's about how much money they can bill you insurance company for, and to squeeze additional cash out of your pocket. I am a person, not an ATM! I would not recommend this dentist. I only went to this dental office because my insurance randomly assigned me here. I will be shopping around for someone better.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around

No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted

Absolutely! They were very entertaining!

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
