I am trying to find a dentist that accepts the insurance I have and that I don't feel as if I am offered services that don't meet my needs. Made an appointment for the first time with this provider. Expected reminder call was done. However, I was not sure where the office was and was 3 minutes late. I tried to affirm that the dentist was a preferred provider for delta dental, but the receptionist that did not even greet me politely or friendly wasn't sure. I called Delta to affirm that he is- if you've ever been to a provider that isn't on the preferred list watch out. Instead of calming my fears, they only raised my concerns. I felt belittled and yelled at why I have concerns if I have insurance. I left without being seen as I had that gut feeling this provider wasn't for me and would not meet my needs. I've always had long term relationships with dentists and this guy doesn't fit the professionalism that I would expect

Yes
Did your provider offer a holistic approach to your experience with them?
I wanted to feel that I got some value after my appointment but I can't say they had a holistic approach.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of

Yes, they called me a few days before my appointment

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

Not at all, they always make an extra effort to make sure I'm comfortable

I went in with swollen and bleeding gums 5 months ago. I left with swollen and bleeding gums which continued until today. I had some deep pockets, but the dentist had never even heard of Arestin! I was only told to massage my gums with a toothbrush and continue to floss. Come back in 6 months. (I didn't even get a free toothbrush and some floss!) Dentist said I had "good teeth." I asked them to check with my insurance carrier to see if it covers 3x/yr. cleanings. They said they'd check and get back to me, but they never did.

The tech used some new-fangled device which cleans the teeth, and there's no physical scraping of the plaque build-up. I thought that was neat--but it wasn't effective.

It has been 5 months, with no improvement, so I went back to my old, trusted dentist today, 2+ hours from home. Finally, finally, I have some relief. I'm writing this only 4 hours after leaving the dentist's office, and I feel great.

I would never recommend Dr. Lindstrom to anyone! I picked him because he was closest to home.
