The staff at the Rancho Cucamonga location was extremely accommodating, friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this office to friend and I would definitely return. I could not be more pleased with my experience!

I strongly agree with ALL of what was being asked!! I love going to Bright Now Dental! The people there make me feel so comfortable. I hate going to the dentist but there I am able to feel relaxed.

I must say that the reception staff at this office are not very helpful at all and they do not seem to know what is going on. I have been calling the office for the past two weeks to speak to the Ortho Manager and for some reason, she is not there or unavailable but I never get a return phone call.

Another unfortunate thing is that no one seems to want to take on the responsibility if someone is out of the office. What ever happened to "Team Work" and Customer Service??? I called to report the problem (that I was having with the staff)to the office manager Lydia and was left on hold for about 10 minutes.

So,if you are looking for good service from this office, you might want to look elsewhere.
