Very poor experience. I was written a script for the wrong meds. I tried for a week to correct this by phone but had to finally camp out in the office for an hour to correct. The service was never turned in to the insurance company for almost a year. I spent several hours on the phone with his "customer service" staff to no avail. After I give up and send them a payment then they turned it into insurance. They got paid twice for the same service. On top of all this they "could not find" a record of my co payment and want me to pay that again too. I could not recommend this practice to anyone.

Everything was well thought out for comfort and general well being. They took a wonderful holistic approach.

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.
