This place is a JOKE. They do not have the patient's care first and foremost. The wait to see the doctor is more than 30 minutes even if you are the first one to arrive. I have almost waited close to an hour in the exam room waiting for Dr. Marley. I have made appointments only to arrive with them saying "I was squeeze in and I didn't have an actual appointment". Now I'm switching GYN's and need my medical records released. They tell me it's a $1 per page and it'll take 3 to 4 weeks, so I singed a medical release for my current doctor. They only process this request only on Wednesday's and it can take up to three to four weeks before Dr. Marley looks at the request. I'm a reporting them to my insurance company, maybe Hillsborough County Medical Board, or to anyone and everyone that will listen. This place needs to be shut down!

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.

I was very unimpressed with their level of skill. It seemed like they had just started yesterday. They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. They wasn't able to answer ANY of my questions. I question how they got their degree. I didn't feel completely safe when I arrived for my appointment because the building wasn't in a very safe neighborhood. They should maybe consider moving somewhere else if they want clients to return. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day.

This is the WORST physician practice I have ever seen in my entire life. I work with medical practices and I regret going to this physician for as long as I did.

1. I waited at the very least 2 hours for my scheduled appointment, even when I called to see if they were on schedule
2. The doctor thought I was ANOTHER patient and made incorrect notes - then gave me the WRONG prescription!!
3. They forced me to pay for the wrong prescription because it was the doctor's fault and not the pharmacy's fault for filling it - so I had to pay for it and it was 4 times the cost of my regular prescription
4. They then charged me for my visit even though they sent me the wrong prescription
5. The nurses are rude and don't know what they are doing
6. The office manager is rude and has no idea how to run a practice
7. The office is not kept clean and it's old and disgusting


This physician is too elderly to be in practice and needs to retire ASAP. She has no memory of her patients or what she tells them and she takes WAYYY to long to get to each appointment with her patient anyway.

When she actually makes it to the patient, she rushes through the appointment, not allowing you to ask any questions.

DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!!! You will regret it.
