I have been going to this office for a while now and never had a problem. I never had long wait times, the staff knows me by name, the doctor was kind and answered all my questions. I felt she was very knowledgeable and kind. I totally disagree with the other comments. If you don't like the office or the neighborhood, go somewhere else! I'm a young woman and I felt very safe here.

Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all

Absolutely Not! He/She always looks like a slob.

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Appointments are easy to get, it takes a while to see the doctor, but she is very good and thorough. The staff is very nice.

I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed.
