Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They weren't horribly inexperienced, but I was hoping for someone with more experience. I wasn't sure they'd be able to help me. I was pretty surprised with how far away this business was from everything. It took me forever to get there and I kept getting lost. Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me. Wait times were about 1-2 HOURS for an appointment that was schedules about 2-3 months out because they were "so busy with other patients"....

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.

They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. I wasn't too impressed with their office, I could tell they didn't take much pride in it's appearance. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. This Dr. has horrible bedside manner. His attempts at humor were corse and offensive. He misdiagnosed my condition.

It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. What I liked about their waiting room was the comfortable chairs. I appreciated the thought they put into this aspect of their office. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
