They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff was friendly enough.me The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. My diabetes is 100 percent conrolled and I am appreciative that Dr. Chandra helped me understand that even though with routine testing it doesn't appear I have diabetes, I do have it and need to be mindful of my diet and exercise. The only thing I didn't like is that Dr. Chandra is rather opinionated on treatment provided by other physicians..

Dr Chandra follows the medical books from A to Z. He seems to have no concept of personalized medicine at all, neither he listens to the patient's concerns. He's absolutely inflexible, and I mean what I say. If your levels are within the range indicated in the book, you are good to go - even if you feel awful and beg him to change the prescription. This approach does not work for me, as I feel better untreated than treated by this guy. I am currently changing providers. However, if you are lucky enough to feel your best when your limits are within the Dr Chandra's ideal range, you may like the experience. The office location is nice and it is relatively easy to be seen. The staff is ok as well, although not the best. Overall, I personally would not recommend Dr Chandra to anyone.
