Dr. Patel and his staff are very competent. I found them to be very honest about my treatment options. Honesty is a refreshing quality in this day and age when we are gouged for every penny we have. Very pleased with my overall experience. I will be seeing Dr. Patel for my future dental care.

They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I keep records of all my dental procedures, so I appreciated them giving me an invoice right when I asked. They are very organized and professional. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.

It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I love when I leave the dentist and I'm able to feel how much cleaner my mouth is, and I definitely felt that after my appointment here. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.

I went in to see Dr. Patel for a first time to have my teeth cleaned, he spent all of 15 minutes doing the whole lousy job ! He did not use any pic's to remove plaque, he did not even floss my teeth at all. However, he was interested in getting me to come back and have 3 small cavities filled . Oh well, I should of known what to expect for $59.00 & cash only ! ! ! I do not recommend this dentist at all !
